For clients who want to exert complete control from day one, setting up a Captive Center addresses that need. With a Captive Center, a client can expect to: Make a substantial investment in the offshore entity, typically by hiring a full team of delivery and support personnel and leasing office space. Kaiross offers efficiencies in this model by providing all back-office services, including finance & accounting, tax and regulatory compliance, company secretarial services, recruiting and HR administration. Furthermore, our clients can potentially avail of tax benefits by locating the Captive Center in Kaiross’ SEZ (special economic zone) buildings while leveraging Kaiross’ plug-and-play office spaces located in major cities.
HYBRID-CAPTIVE
This model represents a combination of a completely Outsourced operation and a Captive setup, with optionality built in for transition of the operation to the client at the end of the contracted period. Commonly referred to as a Build-Operate-Transfer model, it allows clients to exert directional control of the offshore delivery center, while letting Kaiross maintain the tedious and complex processes of entity setup, compliance and day-to-day operations.
